Stage 1
The International Academy of MYODONTICS (IAM) describes a self generating intra-oral Mandible Malposture Disorder (MMD) wedge.

Construct plastic wedges using the Coop Machine to replace wax bite blocks.
The resulting MMD intra-oral self generating plastic wedges brings into existence a new approach to the treatment of Mandible Malposture Disorders.
Insert HIP plane occlusion wedges into the patients mouth.
Wedges self generate the intra-oral therapy.
Occlusal adjustment not necessary.Purpose of wedges is to stop the pain of MMD.
